Meet Richard

Richard Andrew “Andy” McCall is an associate with Smith, Welch, Webb & White and a veteran civil litigation attorney. Mr. McCall joined the firm in 2023 with the last decade of his practice having primarily focused on insurance defense litigation, governmental law, and general civil disputes, most recently as in house counsel with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. McCall has also had considerable experience representing injured persons, and businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil disputes and litigation matters. Mr. McCall’s practice at Smith, Welch, Webb & White includes representation of injured persons and assisting businesses and individuals in all types of civil litigation cases whether as plaintiff or defense counsel.

Mr. McCall works in the Stockbridge and Peachtree City offices, and lives in Fayetteville with his wife, daughter and son.

Successfully handled matters across the Atlanta Region, including Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Henry, Rockdale, and surrounding counties such as Carroll, Coweta, Jasper, Lamar, Meriwether, Newton, Paulding, Pike, Spalding, and Upson
Experience litigating in federal courts, including the Northern District of Georgia and the Eastern District of Tennessee
