
CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT
In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC is asking our business partners and clients to assist us in these unique times. Our goal is to stay open and serve our clients for as long as we can. However, we are asking your assistance to keep us all safe and secure.
GUESTS
If you display symptoms of fever, shortness of breath, cough, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, we ask that you do not visit our offices during this time for the safety of other guests and staff.
If you are well, we ask that you:
Call if possible Avoid visitation if matters can be conducted via phone or video call.
Wear a mask We are recommending that all guests wear a mask or face covering when inside the building.
Avoid contact Keep 6 ft. of distance between yourself, other guests, and staff when inside the building.
The following statute is posted on the doors of each of our locations:

Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.
OUR OFFICE
We have implemented the following protocols in our offices to ensure the safety of our guests and staff:
Soap, water, and hand sanitizer is readily available for guests.
All common areas and offices are being professionally disinfected routinely.
Staff are wearing masks when meeting with others and clients.
PUBLIC CLIENTS
We realize that our public clients continue to provide essential services to their constituents and we remain available for help and support. It is our goal to remain in touch with you via phone, email, video-conferencing, and even in person in small group (less than 10) settings where required.
